2012 Indoor Meet Information

General: In 2012 The UAGTCA will conduct 4 meets as part of our indoor series. These meets are sanctioned by USA Track & Field and sponsored solely by the UAGTCA. No affiliation or membership in any group or organization is required in order to participate. All meets are governed by the current USATF Rules of Competition, except as noted below. Athletes who compete in the High School division do not have to represent their school. Each meet is independent and no prior meet participation is required in order to compete in any of these meets including our indoor championship.

An Athlete May NOT Compete Outside of Their Age Division or Gender

UAGTCA Indoor Development Meet Records

Meet & Facility Notes:

  • Only Meet management and working officials are permitted into the Widener or Lehigh University field houses prior to 8:00 AM!
  • Seating in the Widener and Lehigh University Field houses is limited and there are no changing facilities available. Please come prepared to run!
  • Only competing athletes and authorized meet officials are permitted in the event clerking area (Sub-Bantam [8 & Under] athletes may be accompanied by a parent or coach).
  • Eating and drinking in the Widener or Lehigh University field houses is strictly prohibited except in areas especially designated for that purpose.
  • The UAGTCA has a zero tolerence policy for any vandalism or disruptive behavior. Violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be issued!
  • Each Athlete is issued a Bib number that is to be re-used for each meet. Save your bib number! Replacement numbers will be issued at a cost of $2.00 per number!
  • All Entries must be confirmed by the Entry deadline for each meet and all fees must be paid and birthdates verified by 5:00 PM the Friday before each meet.
  • Awards for all meets except the Championship are distributed at the following meet in the series. Championship awards are distributed at the Championship meet.
  • All awards not picked up during the series will be mailed to the contact on file within 2 weeks after the final meet of the series. Please check to make sure that we have the correct contact information.
  • Outside performances are acceptable for seeding purposes but actual performances that do not compare to submitted seed times may limit future acceptance of unverified marks at future UAGTCA events.

The entry deadline will not be extended due to late submission.

    * Note: Because of time consideration the 55 meter Dash will be a timed final. Please submit accurate seed marks. Performances that are not reasonably close to sumitted seed marks will be challenged, researched and unverified seed marks will not be accepted in any future UAGTCA competitions.
