UAGTCA Indoor Info

These meets are sponsored solely by the UAGTCA and no affiliation or membership in any other group or organization is required in order to participate and they are governed by the current USATF Rules of Competition, except where noted below.

Entry: Entries for this meet can only be made through our Online Entry System. You must have a UserID to log in and use our Online Entry System. If you don't have a UserID you can register and get one by following the Login link here. After Logging in please follow the 'Meet Admin' link that will then appear on the 2nd menu bar on the main page. All fees must be paid online prior to the entry deadline and there will be no day of meet entries accepted.

Birthdate Verification: All athletes must have their birthdate verified by the UAGTCA before the entry will be accepted by the online system. Documents verifying birth dates can be sent, via e-mail attachment, to our birthdate verifier, Stacy Peterson, or to the address below at least 24 hours prior to the entry deadline to allow time for processing. The entry deadline will not be extended due to late submissions.
