Read carefully: To enter the UAGI follow the link below to the main UAGTCA web site and click the login link which appears as the first option on the 2nd menu bar. On the login screen enter your current UAGTCA UserID & Password or if you do not have a User ID follow the link beneath the text box to register as a New User. We encourage clubs & unattached athletes to secure a User ID well in advance so that you can build your roster. You can do this at any time without obligation.. Once you are logged into the system you will be redirected back to the main page where you can follow the 'Meet Admin' link, which will now appear on the same menu bar. The 'Meet Admin' link will take you to the UAGTCA Meet Administration Center where you can start to build your roster. All youth (under 19) athletes that appear on your roster are required to have their ages verified. The quickest way to complete this verification is to complete the Roster listing and then attach an image copy of the Birth Document to an email. Send it to our verifier Ms. Stacy Peterson along with the Computer ID that has been assigned to your athlete. Once verified the Roster entry is complete. You can return to the UAGTCA Meet Administration Center and follow the Add Entry link. Select the 2011 Youth Invitational option from the drop down list of available meets. You will now be able to enter your athletes that appear on your roster into the Invitational.
The Entry deadline for this meet is Midnight July 8. 2011.
Note ... All athletes must be verified before they will be allowed to compete in the meet. There will be no late entries permitted.
