A time schedule for the meet will be posted on this web site after all entries are received. Although the daily order of events will not change be aware that the meet may run up to 1 hour ahead of the published schedule. This is due mostly to scratches and the possible cancellation of some preliminary events. Every attempt will be made to adhere to the posted schedule but past meets have run on or ahead of schedule for most events. Please plan accordingly. Every attempt will be made to announce, via the public address system, the check-in status for all events but it is ultimately the athletes responsibility to monitor check-in activity at the clerking tent. Athletes are requested to check-in on the first call for their event
