As Usual our Program Book Will Have a Section dedicated to:

·        First-Timers……Teams attending for the first time

·        Team Photos……we want to see your faces J 

·        Athletes Highlights…. An opportunity to recognize a competitor from your team

To be included free (space permitting) in the First-Timers, TEAM PHOTO or ATHLETE Highlights sections:

1.      Register your team… space is limited and only registered teams or athletes will be considered

2.    Download & complete the Bio Form (download the Word template here)

3.    E-Mail the information to Leslie Stokes and attach the digital images you wish displayed (all images should be in JPEG format)

4.    Have the request to us by July 2, 2009. The sooner the better. Selections will be made from those Bios on hand by the deadline only.

The Bio Form is in Microsoft Word format. You can download the form, complete it and return it as e-mail attachment along with your digital photo.
