* USATF Rules permit athletes who will turn 19 years of age after the final day of the USATF Junior Olympics (August 2, 2009) to compete in the Young Men & Women's division. You must notify the Meet Administrator via e-mail for this exception.
 

An athlete can only compete in their own division .  Athletes are not permitted to move up or down in age division or compete outside of their gender.
