Championship Guidelines

1. In order to qualify for the Championship athletes must have run in four (4) of the (6) developmental meets (within their age group) either as a member of a team or as an unattached athlete. They cannot use a combination of both. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO RUN IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP if their AGE HAS NOT BEEN VERIFIED. Please provide a copy of birth certificate by Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011.

2. In order to compete as a team in the championship, a team declaration form must be given to the meet director by the end of the meet on Oct. 8, 2011. You may click here to download a Championship Team Declaration Form. The declaration form must be accompanied by a $5.00 refundable registration fee. The fee will be returned on Championship day after the team competes. NO TEAM DECLARATION FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER SATURDAY, OCT. 8, 2011.

3. Each team and/or unattached athlete must pick up a new packet the day of the Championship. There is no entry fee for the Championship meet.

4. Don’t forget that there is no meet scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011. The Parent Child relay will be held after the regular meet on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011.
