Policies and Procedures

• Athletes are required to attend at least 3 practices a week
• Uniforms are to be clean for each meet and returned to the team at the end of the season in the same condition received.
• Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Parents/athletes are required to tell administration of any meets to be missed no later than the Tuesday before the meet.
• If athlete/parent fails to advise administration of expected absence, parents will have to pay child’s registration fee for that meet before child can run in next meet. No Exceptions!
• Return Check Policy: There is a charge of $25 for a returned check. If a check is returned all subsequent monies due will have to be paid by cash or money order.
• If your child needs a ride to a meet, please advise the administration by the Wednesday before the meet. This will allow for proper transportation to be arranged.
• You will be required to participate in MANDATORY fundraisers. There will be buyout options available.
• Runners must purchase approved spikes/equipment as set forth by Coach Lincoln only!!!!.
• All athletes must be in proper practice attire set forth by coaches. (Sweat pants- both indoor and outdoor season, running sneakers and spikes, practice tees.) Please label your child’s practice attire and spikes to avoid confusion.
• Athletes need to have a bottle of water/sports drink at EVERY practice. Hydration is a must - please do not assume the team will provide this.
